Tripodamus

Imagine you are at a dig site and after a long day of digging and bending over to change tools off the ground, you lost your favorite trowel

Not anymore with the Tripodamus!! 

The Tripodamus is a tool holder with a magnetic bowl and a tripod to keep tools off the ground and visible so you don't lose them. It also helps archeologists avoid bending over and picking up their tools, which is physically demanding during long digs.  

Features:

• Foldable and light weight to easily carry

• Adjustable legs to stand on uneven terrain

It was tested in many ways:

•  a mock digsite showing people with a bag misplaced 53% of their tools compared to no lost tools for people using the Tripodamus.

• max weight of tools that can be held on it - 8 lbs because it uses powerful Neodymium magnets

We plan to sell it for $150. The money will go to fundraising our trip to Canada for Robotics.
